"KAJ" Limited Liability Company in Działdowo is among the 90 institutions in Poland that will take part in the pilot program “Reduced Working Time – It’s Happening!”, conducted by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy. KAJ Sp. z o.o. will receive PLN 982,000 to implement solutions that will make it possible to combine a shorter working time with the same level of service quality provided to the company’s clients.
Agreement signing date: November 14, 2025.
Testing the introduction of reduced working hours in the workplace begins on January 1, 2026 and continues until December 31, 2026.
The project “Reduced Working Time – It’s Happening!” was co-funded from the reserve of the Labor Fund as part of the call for proposals for the pilot program “Reduced Working Time – It’s Happening!”.
